Once we receive the carobs from our farmers, we send them to the press in order to get the carob flour. Afterwards, we take care of the packaging of the product, which is already ready to be commercialized.

The new superfood

The carob flour has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which also contribute to the protection of intestinal flora.

Types of local carob


It is a shorter but (*sweeter) carob variety, that normally presents a bright black colour and which is noted for its sweetness and great quality.


This type of carob is longer and thinner than Negreta. The quantity of product extracted from this variety of carob is superior in comparison to the Negreta variety.
