The following activities are prohibited under card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that does not fully comply with all applicable laws affecting the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (34\/2002 of July 11)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 10 \u2013 General Information<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Without prejudice to the information requirements established by current regulations, the provider of information society services shall be obliged to have the means that allow both service recipients and the competent authorities to access, by electronic means, in a permanent, easy, direct, and free manner, the following information: <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) The name or corporate name; the residence or address or, failing that, the address of one of its permanent establishments in Spain; its email address and any other information that allows direct and effective communication to be established.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) The details of its registration in the Commercial Register in which, where applicable, it is registered, or in any other public register in which it may be registered for the acquisition of legal personality or solely for publicity purposes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) The tax identification number (TIN) applicable to it.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As well as having completed the terms and conditions relating to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order cancellation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns and refunds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security and Buyer Protection (Cookie Policy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping, privacy, and data protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Commercial Law This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal or considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank to potentially damage their goodwill or negatively influence them.
