Roasted carob flour, 300 g package

Carob flour is a 100% natural product, produced and packaged at our facilities. It is an excellent alternative to chocolate and can enhance many of its properties.

It also contains 11% protein and very little fat, especially when compared with the 23% fat content of pure cocoa.
