The olives
We take care of the entire transformation process before the oil is marketed: the selection of the olives, cleaning, milling, and bottling of the final product.
The cooperative opens its doors during the harvest season so that farmers, both members and non-members, can bring their olives to the mill.
Since time immemorial, El Perelló has been a producer of olive oil, as evidenced by the centuries-old olive trees that abound in our fields. At the cooperative, we continue the legacy of years of experience in producing our “liquid gold.”

The almonds
The almond tree, in addition to painting our fields white at the end of winter, also offers us a highly valued fruit shared with all the inhabitants of the Mediterranean coasts.
The harvest begins in summer. Sun-ripened almonds can be consumed directly or used as ingredients in recipes, or to make almond milk with a high nutritional content.
Distribution
Carobs
Once we receive the carobs from our farmers, we send them to be ground to obtain carob flour. We then take care of packaging the product, and it is ready for sale.
Carob flour has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and gut-protective properties.
