L’Abrunet Organic – PDO Terra Alta

Single-varietal white wine made from white Grenache from organic farming in Corbera d’Ebre. Light and fresh, with a good expression of white Grenache.

Harvested in two separate harvests from the same vines.

The first harvest, at around 11.5% alcohol, is carried out to preserve the grape’s natural acidity and the freshest, most citrusy notes of the variety. By removing part of the vine’s crop, the remaining grapes ripen much better. The second part of the grapes is then harvested at an alcohol level of around 14%.
